Huge amounts of food are wasted every day in school canteens. Wasting food, refusing fruit, vegetables and fish has becom quite odd for a large number of kids and teenagers.

This type of behaviour has got many consequences on their nutritional balance, their future food habits and even more on their perception of what sustainable and aware consumption is. Through innovative pilot projects led in schools and high schools, GreenCook wishes to give to the younger generations the means to respect food again by listening to the real needs.
