Bruxelles Environnement edits an in-season "fruit and vegetables" calendar for households

In view of providing households with adapted decision-making tools favouring food wastage avoidance, Bruxelles Environnement has edited an in-season calendar.

This in-season calendar is in fact the 2011 update of the existing fruit and vegetables calendar from Bruxelles Environnement, which integrates now food saving innovative ideas.

In that perspective, this tool will become even more useful broadening the scope from choosing fruits and vegetables to preserving and conserving them better thanks to easy-to-use tips.
