How to enable all citizens to gain access to sustainable quality food? How to reduce food wastage at home, in supermarkets, in canteens and in restaurants?

Interreg IVB project ‘GreenCook’ and URBACT II project ‘Sustainable Food in Urban Communities’ join forces to address these questions and build strategies for more efficient local, regional and European food policies.

Those two workdays will be hosted at the hotel Bloom - Rue Royale 250 - 1210 Brussels (www.hotelbloom.com)

English/French/Dutch interpretation will be provided during the GreenCook final event. The Sustainable Food in Urban Communities Mid-Term event is held in English only.
